We provide Police, Schools, Government Administration, Hospitals, Businesses, and Individuals access to an interpreter network of over 7,000 interpreters spanning across 200+ languages. These interpreters can be accessed 24/7 by Phone, Video and In-Person. Clients can access the interpreters by calling our toll-free 1-800 number, downloading our Mobile App, or scheduling interpreters by logging into our secure platform.

In addition to interpretation, LiM provides Professional and Certified Translations in many industries such as Transportation, Legal, Marketing, and Healthcare. Applications can range from assisting a family with their immigration papers to helping a company expand its product internationally. Location: Calgary, Alberta (Onsite/In-Office)


Overview: As an Account Manager at Languages in Motion (LiM), you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our diverse client base. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our clients have a seamless experience with LiM by understanding their needs, addressing any concerns, and providing ongoing support. This position requires a proactive and organized individual who can effectively communicate with clients and collaborate with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Organize and prioritize client base to ensure regular communication and follow-up.
  • Meet regularly with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns.
  • Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to internal teams.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure that client needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling LiM services to existing clients.
  • Track client interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Monitor client accounts to identify any potential issues or opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate referrals and identify new business opportunities.
 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in account management or customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment is an asset.
