The Relationship Manager assists in making sales calls to new prospective clients, presents demos and assists the client with ongoing support regarding services. He/she will be responsible for weekly and monthly communication quotas.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to train our clients on our services, strategize with our clients to utilize and implement our services in the best way possible and ensure that our clients have a seamless experience with LiM. Understanding their needs, addressing any concerns, and providing ongoing support are key to this role. This position requires a relationship-based proactive and organized individual who can effectively communicate with clients and collaborate with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Organize and prioritize client base to ensure regular communication and follow-up.
  • Meet regularly with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns.
  • Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to internal teams.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure that client needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Train clients on our services and respond to inquiries and account changes.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling LiM services to existing clients.
  • Track client interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Monitor client accounts to identify any potential issues or opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate referrals and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in account management or customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as HubSpot and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment is an asset.
