Building Dial Numbers

Dial numbers can provide convenient access to interpreter calls if you are consistently using the same languages by creating predetermined language pairings and call types via a generated code in your LISA account.

To generate a new dial number, or find your existing dial numbers, navigate to the following location in the LISA platform:

Configuration -> IVR PIN -> Build dial number

You will be presented with the dial builder. To build a new dial number, follow the steps below:

  1. Select your language combination, and call type
  2. Click on the Copy to clipboard button to copy the entire dial number

Note:  The last set of digits generated is the language and service code corresponding to your selection
