Our translations can also be sign by a notary public upon request.

Document Translation Services for Immigration
Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), is the body mandated by the laws of Canada to deal with all immigration issues, so whether you want to study, visit, work or immigrate you would have to meet all requirements set by CIC. Even for those who live in Canada, one may have to deal, at one point or another, with CIC or some other government agency depending on one’s needs. The Official Languages Act of Canada states that English and French are the official languages of Canada and therefore any document submitted to any government agency or department should be in either English or French. If your document is not in English or French, then it needs to be translated into either of these languages.
Legal Document Translation
Legal translation is the translation of texts within the field of law. As law is a culture-dependent subject field, the work of legal translation may not always be able to be translated literally and is not necessarily linguistically transparent.
It is important to hire Certified or Professional Translators when translating these types of documents for a number of reasons. The first, is because our translators are covered by Errors and Omissions Insurance. The second, is that each translator that is selected to work on the translation has experience when working with legal terminology in both languages. Finally, Certified Translators are bound by a Code of Ethics which increases the standard for quality, as well as confidentiality. For example, it is in the Code of Ethics for a Translator to reject a document that they are not capable of translating. In this case, we would then allocate the translation to a Certified Translator that is more comfortable with the work.
